We moved our cat to the Greenford practice, and I must say, I wish I'd done it sooner. Lisa is a joy, she spoke to my daughter and myself and made us feel right at home. Not only that, she helped us get a better deal via the Protection plan (not Pet Plan). Had to call this morning as our cat, Thumbs, was due for her spaying, but we found she was very on heat, I called and was told that it was safer to not do it then and happily changed the appointment. No fuss..Brilliant..

Big thank you for looking for our pets with compassion, dedication and love. I'm with Godard practice over then 6 years and never complain about services. During this time I went true a lot in my life and almost give my beloved cats for adoption because I had finance dificulties. Thanks to the support and help from the wonderful ladies at the reception, everything fell into place and today this terrible time is just a memory.For me this is the best clinic thanks to the wonderful people who work there. I highly, highly recommend it!!!

This is an amazing practise. The staff are professional. Knowledgable and kind. They couldn’t have been better. We took our cat to be spayed. A very easy experience for her and us. It ran so smoothly. Thankyou Goddard Vets Greenford. Thoroughly Recommended.

Amazing service at the Greenford branch. I must say Lisa is exceptional as person and excellent at her job. She brings calm to both animals and their owners and makes life with Veterinary visits so much easier for all. Her care is second to none and she is such a genuine person. Truth be told one of the main reasons for being with Goddard in Greenford. Fantastic visit, efficient, everything was ready and seamless to collect the food and medicine.

We’ve been regulars(!) at this vets for nearly three years now and we always have such a great experience - Lisa on reception is absolutely wonderful with amazing customer service always and Phoebe (now moved to mandeville?) has helped my pup through some tricky times!
