Saw my 19.6 year old female cat st short notice for an emergency appointment a short while ago. Riachu had ingrown toenails which was treated reassuringly and she is now thriving. X

I cannot praise this practice enough. Had to make end of life decisions with two of my past dogs and both times the whole staff were so caring. We were not rushed and our wishes were taken into account.

The most compassionate, friendly and helpful vets I've ever dealt with. They were sympathetic and kind when we had to say goodbye to our elderly cat unexpectedly and gave us all the options, explaining everything whilst giving us time to process any decisions. We even got a sympathy card through the post a a week or so later, which really meant a lot. Can't recommend them high enough.
