Visited today for the first time with my puppy from start to finish the service was excellent my puppy was at ease with his vaccination which I was worried about the lady vet called Reem was very professional and gave me lots of advice and was a lovely lady very pleased with our first visit

Fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff. The care given to us last week when 1 of our cats suddenly fell ill was outstanding. He was seen immediately, given all the care and attention needed, but unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The vet we saw was so caring and compassionate at an extremely difficult time for us, we did not feel rushed during our last moments with him at all. Thank you Bury Road vets, we miss Rocket terribly and appreciate the little surprise card with his paw print received through the post today.

I am extremely happy that I have changed to Regans Vets. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail regarding The Healthy Pet Club. Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. I feel confident that my cat is in good hands now and he will receive the best treatment and care he deserves.

My boy Stevie (bsh cat) was neutered here this week, from start to finish Regans have been fantastic. Stevie is now recovering at home well, minus hating his cone! I couldn’t have asked for better for us both! Felt so reassured, and guided through the process. Thank you, from me & Stevie!x

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Thank you so much for helping him!

I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.

Gordon did Surgery on my dog, 1 foot surgery that was done so perfectly and as healed amazing, and he not long after treated my dogs ear for a burst blood vessel. Its now healed and yet again another amazing job! I would not trust anybody else to do these producers on my dog! He truly is great, straight to the point, direct and clear. A credit to the industry! I had a very pleasant experience. I was with my XL Bully, who seems to have some allergies. I came across a young lady who examined my dog ​​very attentively, explained to me about allergies, advised me every time, I would come with great pleasure, I recommend from with all my heart, compared to other vets, I swear with my hand on my heart, she is No. 1

So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. So we registered with Beech House vets and booked our kitten in for her jabs and to get her checked over, So I arrived half an hour early and so sat in the waiting room. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. We post alot of reviews on Google and we have over 28,000,000+ Views and we always give our honest thoughts and opinions on our experiences and while we are on our travels, We review service, customer service, food, drink, value for money, beach clubs, flights, restaurants, bars, flights, accommodation, beauty treatments, coffee shops, cafes, Airbnbs etc.

This is the only surgery I trust for the health and wellbeing of my 5 cats. I love Chad’s care and consideration for them and it’s very clear he is in the profession for the right reasons. Chad explains the health problem and the reasons behind them. He also explains the treatment. Best of all he makes my felines feel comfortable during the appointment by helping them to relax. I’ve never known a vet like him.

We had 2 Yorkshire Terriers many years ago. When we got our last dog and took on our dog when she passed, we knew the Vets and surprised to see 2 familiar faces that were still there. We would highly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! As somebody who is a new cat owner, I had an emergency with my Cat! He wasn’t under any vets and this was the first vets I called!!! The lady who answered was so kind and patient with my tears and very understanding and considerate! The night receptionist (30/09/2024) at 11pm was absolutely lovely!!! She assured me when other animals would be in the practice so I could keep my cat, Mike, settled! And when he got unsettled due to his pain and a stress she went and got the Vet! Lloyd was so gentle and kind with Mike, he assured me of his condition and helped keep costs low for his treatment which I appreciated as I am University Student! I was very concerned about Mike so when I called the receptionist was so kind on the phone and lovely! I spoke to Lloyd and he assured me of Mikes condition and gave me reassurance! I got a call at 8am to say he was ready to collect as he had improved massively!! When I went to collect him at 9:40am (1/10/24) the two receptionists were absolutely AMAZING! They were so lovely and exceptional, I cannot express my gratitude for the staff enough! The vet then handed me Mike and informed me of his medication!! I took him to the car as he was a bit unsettled whilst my boyfriend paid, the treatment was very well priced and I am happy with how he has come home, the payment process was simple and efficient! He is back to his usual self and so much better!!! And I am also adding that he had two bits of Matt on his tail that I had tried to cut multiple times but I was frightened of hurting him, well they did that for me!! I am now proud to say this is my registered vets! Thank you so much to the lovely receptionists who reassured my anxiety and the lovely Veterinarians and Nurses who looked after my Mike!

Had to post a review after our 19 year old Jack Russell Chip came to end of life today. Our regular vet was closed due to it being a Sunday. The young lady on the phone was lovely and managed to fit us in as I wasn’t happy with the emergency vets our regular vets use. The young lady was just as lovely when we came in as was the vet and all the staff. They even wavered the consultation fee as it wasn’t our regular vet. Very compassionate staff. Top marks. X

Highly Recommended..... First class veterinary service and available 24hrs a day, every day should you need them. The practice itself is immaculate and spacious and staff very helpful. The vets themselves explain exactly whats happening with your pet and they really are very cost effective which for a private vet nowadays, is not often said. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very grateful to be able to get an emergency appointment late on a Sunday evening. Lee on reception is an absolute star. The attending vet was very thorough in her examination, explained everything clearly and was very compassionate with my deaf Dalmatian. Thanks to the care of this vet, I left feeling very reassured. It is comforting to know they are there if I need them, out of hours and in an emergency. Fantastic service.

Amazing took my brand new puppy for a check up. She had only been with me for two days. They sprayed Kong cheese on the table to distract her so they could do a vaccine. I thought that was a fabulous idea. Will certainly be staying at this vets.

This is my local vets which I have been taking my pets to for years. Staff are very helpful and caring and I know my pets are in safe hands. Update: Since posting my review I have moved but still take my two cats here. Stuart is an excellent vet and the nurses are very caring and friendly.
