The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for. One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her. In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too. Can’t Highly recommend Sunrise Vets enough.

Our Bruno was always given the highest quality of care, and the team always went as far as needed (and beyond!) to help us. We were even happy and willing to do a 1.5 hour round trip to stay with them when we moved house! We have since taken their sage advice to join a recommended surgery near to our new home - but we know we always have a home with them, and should we ever be in need, we have complete faith in their capacity and willing to offer their nurturing, helping hands. We moved to Sunrise thanks to a recommendation from a friend, wish we had done it years ago. All the staff are very friendly and you feel like your doggo is gettng the attention they deserve, he even happily trots in to the practice, which was unheard of in our previous vets.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. We were very impressed with the whole practice and would highly recommend it. Thank you Sunrise.
