My 11 year old JR Finn has received excellent care. 4 stars is only because we tend to see a different vet every time. I'm quite keen on continuity of care.

I would like to thank all the people who helped my beautiful betsy get her wings its 3 moths since she passed over the rainbow and it still hurts but the ladies were absolutley brilliant with her and passed away with dignity also they were very very helpful with the after care so thanks ladies a credit to your job from andy and betsy xx

Absolutely amazing service. When I called to explain how poorly our little Harry was the young lady fitted me in in-between appointments. Martin the Vet was superb, he explained in great detail what the situation was and was very real, his advice and treatment SAVED OUR HARRY’S LIFE, we will be forever grateful for your time, advice, treatment and understanding, you helped us make the right decision, i can’t thank you enough. Within an hour Harry was fighting fit, 24 hours later he is back to his normal self. Bonny even took time out the next day to call and make sure everything was ok, excellent service all round from start to finish. We have been with Mount Rd Vets for years and would highly recommend. Thanks again, just brilliant xxx

Called into the vets with my dog very worried I was welcomed with a smile. Didnt wait long and was brought through by the vet who straight away made me feel at ease and loose my fear. She handled my baby with care and treated her and fingers crossed it’s like a miracle has happened. Thank you so much highly recommend fantastic vets.

Lovely staff very friendly.... vet was compassionate about my kitty and and time to explain everything and practice was lovely and clean
