The ladies at this practice are superb. They are kind, honest and empathetic in really tough circumstances and it has been greatly appreciated. Would recommend you take your pet here in an instant. They were always so caring with Pixie even though she didn’t care much for vets and the card we received when she passed away was above and beyond. Thank you ladies for everything.

I have taken all my pets here for several years. Staff are really good caring and polite. I feel confident that they give the best care possible. Just wish that the waiting room and reception area was modernised. It has been like this ( unfinished) for over 10 years please get this resolved and brought up to date ...your staff are good and should not have to work in an unfinished environment

We have taken our cat to the Heaton Chapel branch and the service that we receive is absolutely great. The vets are really open to any of our questions and treat our cat with total care. I would recommend them to any body who wants a veterinary service that cares for their pets.

I had the extremely heartbreaking and painful experience of having to put my beautiful cat put to sleep. This was one of the most traumatic experiences and decisions one can face. The Vet, Aoife Tennyson was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism was exemplary, her experience shone through and above all, her overwhelming kindness and understanding is something that I will never forget. The staff team were just simply perfect. I rung the surgery to made the very difficult appointment and was treated with warm, compassion, thoughtfulness, and overwhelming benevolence from (I think her name is Pam, she is on reception). She spoke with empathy and sympathy. She told me they were fully booked, yet, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and my cat by fitting us in, on that day! When we arrived at the surgery again, we were given time and space to think, feel and absorb this horrendous experience in our own time. I was able to walk straight into the consultation room as the level of excellence continued with regard to giving me time, space, and room to grieve. The nurse, Victoria was very gentle and tender with my cat and talked me through each step of what she was doing. There are no words to describe the amount of high level of support and expertise given by this veterinary practice. I would recommend them to everybody. Shear brilliance!!!!

We took our chihuahua Miguel here as he had been quite unwell. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were really quick to be seen and diagnosed, and our dog was kept in for 2 days on a drip. We were so worried about him but our vet Angelika was so good with him and we could tell he was being well looked after. Best vet I’ve been too.

I must say that our experience with Vets4Pets has been quite wonderful. We took our boy Jarvis the cat there for three separate medical conditions over a short space of time and the care he received was first class. He received the very best veterinary care and whole process was wonderful and heartwarming. I also want to thank the staff working reception. They are warm and friendly and it really helped us to cope at a fraught and terribly worrying time. You’re all incredibly wonderful at what you do. Keep up the good work and thank you so very much!!!!

We went to here with our dog as she wasn't eating. We seen Angelica the vet who was wonderful with our little dog gave our dog a injection and medication. Could see our dog liked her. This isn't the first time here with our dog over the years would highly recommend this place for your dog so caring people here and they want the best for your pet.

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

Very helpful staff. Lovely vets. Nice and clean waiting areas. Excellent help for animals and owners in need of help and advice. Large car park. Good disabled access.

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. I intend to have pets for the kids in the near future and now I know the vet I’m taking the pets for routine and vaccinations. Great place. I was surprised to have such a great vet near my home.

Professional and caring, depending on the day sometimes the wait was short and other times you just need to be patient the vets are doing their best. Leave a donation because they absolutely deserve it.

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Special thanks to Rodrigo, Paul, Tom, Simon, Serena, Jessica and the amazing ICU nurses and lovely receptionists! We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done for our girl.

Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

We've been taking our cats to Jim for about 15 years and every trip has been great. They take the time to talk to you about your pet and discuss options. Colin (cat) is very anxious and I think has tried to bite staff due to pain from a bite, but they are always very calm and patient with him. Colin is a very good judge of character. The only issue is accessibility as a wheelchair user, but staff come down to collect the cats from the car park for me.

We have been with Brook Vets for many years and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced service. I can't thank Jim Shaw enough for being there for our cat (Squidge). He went above and beyond to help and support us and we'll be forever grateful. Jo (their receptionist) also gave an excellent service. Thank you 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have great confidence in Jim Shaw who has been looking after the veterinary needs of our Tibetan Terrier, Betty for the past 4.5 years. I would highly recommend this practice.

Have used brook vets for 13 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else as jim and the nurses have always been great. You can tell they love the animals and always do their best for them.they have treated both our beautiful cats.manuka and now maya.😻

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

Had to call to confirm Casper’s prescription details today. As always nothing was too much trouble. Dealt with Chloe who went above and beyond to sort things out. The staff are all so compassionate and dedicated to our “boxer boys” Casper and Paddy. We could note ask for better care and support no matter how big or small the problem. A heartfelt thank you to all the team. Well done everyone.

After moving house and changing vets they found a heart murmur which needed immediate treatment. We were referred to Woodcroft for this, I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on Google but I needn’t have been. Our appointment was with Zuzi and she explained everything in detail and took excellent care of teddy. She rang with updates and has stayed in touch to see how he is getting on. Excellent service and would recommend. Yes it’s very expensive but that’s the same across the board for most veterinary services.

I have had to bring two of my dogs here for specialist treatment and the care and compassion from everyone was amazing. Alex is doing a great job of looking after our dog Maisy. I know she has her best interests at heart and will help her as much as she can. It’s so reassuring when your pet is unwell that there are people who will go above and beyond to help them. Had an emergency with our Cocker Spaniel Bella last night, (22nd December) she was chocking on a chewy stick. In the car we thought we were losing her. I cannot tell you the panic we had. We were met with 3 lovely, calm members of staff who saw to Bella immediately and knew exactly what to do. Within a few minutes Bella was back to her normal, happy self. I cannot praise or thank the staff enough for saving our girl . Our family, including Bella wish you all a wonderful Christmas. 🐾🐾❤️
