This is our registered vet but we had to bring our youngest cat in for an emergency appointment over the weekend when she having some urinary issues. The vet on call was the loveliest and most gentle person with our girl who was obviously in discomfort and stressed. He explained the options to us and ultimately went with the one which would provide effective treatment but allow her to remain at home so she was comfortable. A brilliant practice for emergency and non-emergency appointments.
The team were really accommodating and very friendly. We didn't have an appointment and they absolutely didn't have to see us as they were closing but they made time for us and provided us with the information we needed and an appropriate treatment plan. They made it clear that we whilst we would have to return for a follow-up appointment, we could go to our regular veterinary practice if we wished; however, due to the extremely positive experience, we chose to come back here.
