I’ve been taking my two cats Leo and Oscar to pinewood vets for 7 years now and it has been my family’s go to vets for years before that! I can honestly say the whole team are so lovely from the reception staff, to the veterinary nurses to the vets!! I recently had an issue with my cats vaccination boosters and I was panicked so called the reception team and the lovely Sandra helped deal with my query straight away!! She even asked the vet for advice and called me back before the practice closed! Thank you so much Sandra, I really appreciate all of your help and this is why I would recommend Pinewood Veterinary to everyone!!

Today I came across a very sick Hare on the road. RSPCA wouldn’t answer and so I took it to Pinewood and they were so lovely there. I was quite emotional but they were kind. Thank you for being patient with me and the sick little one.

I would highly recommend this practice having taken twinkle here for many years the care I've received is the best, although i choose euthanasia they knew how difficult it was the care and understanding I received before, during and afterwards was outstanding
