Thank you Jerome & the reception/nursing staff for the care & compassion you gave both myself and Bowser on what is a heart breaking day. It was much appreciated. Its never easy saying goodbye but your eased his journey peacefully and for which I will be forever grateful.

Sadly we had to have our cat Molly put to sleep two weeks ago. She was nearly 18 but it was still the hardest decision to make. The staff were amazing, so understanding and sympathetic with us. Molly fell asleep so peacefully and the staff were so kind, both with us and with molly. We had her cremated which they took care of, and she is now back home with us. She had her eye removed three years ago at pinewood and we were very grateful that we had those few years more with her. I would highly recommend Pinewood to anybody, and if we ever decide to have another cat we won’t hesitate to use pinewood again. We received a card today with her paw prints on, so very thoughtful Thankyou 😻
