I’ve recently had new gutters and soffits fitted to my bungalow and I cannot recommend Taylor Roofing enough! They arrived nice and early to start the job! The fitters were polite and friendly and a credit to the company! They transformed the look of the bungalow and left no mess anywhere! A fantastic job by a fantastic company! Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. The two guys who did the work on the day were friendly and seemed very efficient. The work quality appeared excellent. Very easy to deal with and would recommend. Very professional throughout.

I would recommend every single time. We have used them for a few smaller jobs and my mum has too for some more complex and larger jobs. They approach every aspect of their work with a professional, friendly and realistic view and they went above and beyond to make my elderly mum feel safe and secure after being treat quite badly by a previous trader. I am extremely happy with the work carried out by UK Property Solutions. They were very reliable, efficient and got the job done to a very high standard. After they had finished the paving, they voluntarily went out of their way to do additional work which they didn’t ask to be paid extra for, e.g. tidying my garden, and cutting some wood I had to be used for firewood. Excellent team. Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner. Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed. Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

Felix was quick to respond and came out the following day to carry out work on my roof. He sent before and after videos to show the work carried out, and happily talked me through it all…would recommend!

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Contacted Dave to repair a leaking bay window on my 3yr old house. He came round quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote . He returned when he said and completed the repairs to a high standard, also repaired a leaking gutter while he was here. Cheers

Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

Great service from Dave - reliable and trustworthy. He sorted out a couple of gaps in the cement on my roof caused by the recent storms and didn't over-charge. Also gave me peace of mind by confirming my roof was otherwise in good condition and didn't need any additional work! Very refreshing, as I see plenty of 'workers' who try and con you into having unnecessary work done. Will definitely use Dave again.

Had a bit of a rush job as our bay window roof was leaking into the lounge. Called Jamie and he offered to come straight away. He looked at the roof and identified the problem almost immediately even though it wasn't obvious. I am very pleased and was happy to pay what I consider to be a fair price for all his help. We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.

Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. He gave us a good price, started the work on time,if not a little earlier to help us.Finished when he said he would. Very tidy, very considerate and friendly to neighbours. I had the entire roof replaced on my end terrace back-to-back and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Bradley and West Leeds Roofing. From the offset with the initial email exchange and drone survey, to communication throughout the large job and the quality of the work undertaken itself, I couldn't be happier. The scaffolding was erected only days before the work began and was removed days afterwards while others on my street have been stuck with it for upwards of a month. Bradley also offered advice on the likely replastering work I'll be requiring next. Great experience and highly recommended.

I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed. We had DPR do out GRP fibreglass flat roof. Right from the off they were personable and professional. Neil who did the initial survey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Then the guys who came to do the job were amazing! Hard working, polite, respectful and the job they did was absolutely top notch. Would highly recommend.

Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.
