Had a bit of a rush job as our bay window roof was leaking into the lounge. Called Jamie and he offered to come straight away. He looked at the roof and identified the problem almost immediately even though it wasn't obvious. I am very pleased and was happy to pay what I consider to be a fair price for all his help.
