Came and cleared gutters of years of dirt. Fixed loose tiles at the same time. Takes before and after photos so you can see the work done. Fair price quoted. Will definitely call him again for gutter cleaning and roof repairs.

Called to unblock main drain, attended exactly on time, no issues. Knew exactly what he was doing and quoted bdfore foing the job. Drain cleared and explained to me the cause. If problems remained after he left, was asked to call him. Good service delivered and will use again.

I had my flat garage roof replaced by Alvadac using Firestone EPDM rubber with white UPVC panels and black trimming. Their price was competitive in comparison with another quote. On the day, the team of 3 guys arrived on time. They were polite and professional and worked flat out before finishing in mid afternoon. Before leaving, they fully cleaned up. I am really happy with the quality job they did. Visually, the finish is better than what I expected beforehand. I would definitely recommend Alvadac.

I installed myself but showed these lads photos and sizes of job in hand (8m roof) and they talked me thru entire job and created materials list for me to perfection. Next to no waste. I had some tricky edges and I used every bit of advice given and I now have a perfect water tight roof. Highly recommend with excellent price and advice.

From my first conversation with Matt, I have been impressed by this company and it's focus on the customer. I had some leaks and damp in the top room of house. Matt came to view my roof and he gave me some great advice. I decided to have the roof replaced and Matt fitted me in just before Christmas 2022. His team worked so hard in bitter cold but they made sure the house was dry and comfortable throughout. My house is quite old, so I was expecting some problems but Matt and I discussed each one as they occurred and we resolved them. It's been nearly 8 months, with some really challenging weather and the roof is great, so I know it is quality work. Plus I have the security of the 10 year guarantee. Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. Cannot recommend these guys enough. We had damage caused by the snow and they were very quick to respond and keep us updated as to when it would be safe to complete the urgent repair. We recently purchased a house in Baildon, noticed there was a bit of a damp area in one of the rooms, wondered if it was from the roof. He responded quick to our messages. Asked Dylan to come and check our roof which we were happy to pay. Was available quite quick (others mentioned 8 week wait). He checked the roof and repaired/glued a tile that had moved for free, alongside giving us future recommendations. We will be using again in the future!

My last roofer failed to grout or use any cement on a ridge tile repair so tiles came flying off. Andrew and his team did the job properly and sorted a couple extra tiles that were loose. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more
