Used Sam and his team on a few occasions, on my own property and on my rental properties, having known the team for over 10 years now, these guys are punctual and very knowledgeable.

I called Sam to repair a badly fitted flat roof on my garden room. The original guys (John Stovin & Adam) tried on 4 occasions to repair their shoddy work but then disappeared, obviously beyond their capabilities. So Sam comes along that same week, quickly identified the problem areas and advises of options. Best option in my mind was a reroof and replace the rotten boards. The weather delayed the job but Sam was there all the time giving me the confidence that he hasn’t forgotten. The guys came and completed my roof in good time and tidied the site with respect to my garden space and property. He’s looked at my 88 yr old mum in laws flat roof and identified a leak as not being the roof but something else, Sam in my opinion, isn’t a rip off merchant and priced competitively. As important he hasn’t had to come back for any snagging. I would definitely recommend Sam and Newlay Roofing.

Sam did some repairs and upgrades to parts of our roof. His employees worked very hard and did a great job.

I called Sam with a problem of our roof leaking causing internal damage to our restaurant in Leeds. Sam attended the same day to find the source of the leak. Not only did I receive a quotation the same day, he also organised and electrician to make the lights in the damaged area safe and a plasterer to secure before a permanent fix could be made. The works were completed to a very high standard and we have no further problems. I would highly recommend Sam for any roofing issues. Great work.
