I had the entire roof replaced on my end terrace back-to-back and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Bradley and West Leeds Roofing. From the offset with the initial email exchange and drone survey, to communication throughout the large job and the quality of the work undertaken itself, I couldn't be happier. The scaffolding was erected only days before the work began and was removed days afterwards while others on my street have been stuck with it for upwards of a month. Bradley also offered advice on the likely replastering work I'll be requiring next. Great experience and highly recommended.

I contacted West Leeds Roofing from overseas to remove an aerial that was not secured properly. Bradley was out there in a couple of days and safely removed the old aerial. Communication was excellent throughout and he kept me informed of progress. Great job - thoroughly recommend them.

Lewis and the team were so professional from the start of our enquiry for a replacement flat roof - polite and knowledgeable, and transparent on timescale (we were in a time sensitive situation). Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. Carried out a roof Repair involving a replacement tile and ridge tile repointing on a pediment. They also checked the felt underneath for any damage. After replacing my bay windows, I needed to replace the lead flashing and canopy. I contacted several so-called specialist companies who either did not turn up or were not interested in undertaking the work. One independent said he could do the job (August 2024) then he said he had a holiday and made excuse after excuse and then gave me a date (Jan 2025)! So, what has this got to do with a review for Roofserve, they simply are not like this and are very professional. I contacted Roofserve and very quickly a site visit was arranged so an exact price could be calculated. The surveyor arrived exactly on time and used a high-tech camera to take pictures of the condition of the original lead work. He explained everything very clearly and said a quote would be available in a couple of days. The quote duly arrived and I accepted and made arrangements for the work to be completed (Sept 2024). Geof and Kev arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a very professional way. They were happy to answer any questions, and cleaned up the work area when they had completed the work. The standard of the work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofserve and in particular Geof and Kev.

Andy and the team at Roofserve was so helpful when a previous contractor had fitted traditional wooden guttering incorrectly and caused damage to our roof. Andy came to assess the situation within hours and the work was booked in promptly. The whole team were highly professional from start to finish and did a very thorough job. I wish I’d known about Roofserve earlier - I’d would have saved us so much stress and money! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again.

We have had a leaking dormer in our attic for more years than I would like to mention and felt it was about time some positive action was taken in regard to getting it repaired, or removed and the roof to be re-instated to its original form. We asked six companies in total to come and give us a quote for the work we wanted carrying out. So, why did we choose BPR Roofing, and were we happy that we had chosen this company? BPR Roofing whilst not the cheapest quote, seemed to know exactly what they were talking about in regard to what was the more sensible option for our roof. It’s like they ‘eat, sleep and breath’ roofing work. When they came to assess the work, the ladders were off the lorry within seconds of them parking up so that they could check the job from outside as well as inside. It was like second nature to them. We chose BPR Roofing because they came across really well, and we trusted that the work would be completed to a high standard. We had read several reviews from differing happy customers and liked what we had read. The work was started within a month of us requesting a quote from them and took just under a week to complete. The team on site were courteous, got on with the job, and were respectful of our property. When leaving the job for the day, they made sure that the roof had a waterproof covering in case the British weather took a turn for the worse. At the end of each day the work site was left clear and tidy. Unfortunately, one of the team, whilst in our attic space, slipped and his foot went through our bedroom ceiling. He came to let us know immediately what had happened but wanted us to be assured that this would be rectified at no cost to us. I am pleased to confirm that the ceiling has been repaired back to its former glory and at no cost to us. You don’t get that ending when someone bumps your car! Whilst on the roof, one of the team noticed that several of our ridge tiles just out of the area they were working on, were in need of some attention. We were informed of this and were asked if we wanted them sorting while the scaffolding was still up. Now some might say “Oh, yeah, pull the other one”, but we had been told by a different roofing company (who never arrived to start agreed work last year) that the ridge tiles needed some attention so knew this was not anyone trying to ‘pull a fast one’. We agreed to the extra bit of work and have actually saved the cost of having to have scaffolding put up at a later date. The only ‘negative’ that we have is that the team never said “Goodbye, we’ll see you in the morning” as they finished for the day. If we spoke to them, they would answer and if they needed us they would knock on the door, but it would have been nice not having to presume they had gone just because it had gone quiet and the vans had gone. So, are we pleased with the finished job and would we recommend/employ BPR Roofing again? After many years of needing the dormer sorting it was a bit of an anti-climax when the roof had finally been re-instated, and now with a velux window proudly sitting on the roof line. We are very pleased with the work and the recent downpour of rain (Thur 1st Aug 2024) proves we no longer have a leaking roof and can put away the buckets. We would definitely recommend and/or employ this company again, but hopefully not for the same bit of roof for a long while, and Richard might regret telling me that he has many other trades on speed dial and to contact him if we want the name of a reputable plumber, brickie, joiner etc. Keep up the good work BPR Roofing and best wishes for your future, Julie and Andy

Woke up to a waterfall in the bathroom and kitchen. Filled in the online quote form, was contacted within a hour, came round within hour to quote including showing photos of the problem, then came within couple of hours to replaced broken/missing tiles. Extremely reasonably priced, fab lads very polite and quick. Top service. Would definitely recommend and will be using them when need full roof replacement.

Asked 5towns roofing to look at a problem on my roof. They came when they said, put a drone up and then sent me a quote shortly afterwards (it was to do with my chimney). They then arrived on the day they said they would and did the job at a fair price. I’ve had a few roof problems over the years and 5 towns has probably been my best experience with a roofing company. Up to now it seems to have fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them to others and it’s not often you can say this.

Contacted John on Sunday after a storm blew off my ridge tiles, he messaged me straight back and promised to come on Monday. All work completed by Thursday. Installed a new dry ridge system and cleaned all the gutters and replaced a broken tile. Very good service at a competitive price.

Needed an attic conversion roof replacing after it started to leak! After contacting Luke he was here the following day with his little drone to take a look and plenty of pics. The guys who completed the work were all professional, cleaned up after themselves! Would def recommend.

Excellent job – really pleased! Great work and very well managed from start to finish. Luke and his team (James and Warren) were very professional, punctual, reliable and informative. They kept us informed of the on-going progress during our roof replacement and solar panels installation. They were very tidy – taking away all the debris created at the end of each day and cleaning down the driveway, gutters, etc. They even sent a drone up and gave us aerial photos of our roof before, during and after completion.
