Having tried 4 roofing companies over 2 weeks; 3 of which responded but didn't show up to arranged viewing, Thomas from Universal Roofing was the only one to reply, book to view, quote & get the work completed... all within 5 days! Job was single bay window flat roof in need of repair. Less than 24 hours of quote, 3 workmen had attended, replaced felt, metal flashing (better standard materials used than originally) etc. to make all secure & tidied away. Everyone involved were professional. Thomas was courteous, informative & kept in contact throughout the process. Highly recommend Universal Roofing.

Quick response and the job was done next day! I had one missing tile and a couple of loose tiles which needed attention but it was difficult to get there to fix the problem because of the flatroof below which I didn't wanted it to be used for an access point to fix the roof tiles. Tomas reassured me that they would be using their own prefabricated platform to access to the roof area. His team Michael and John arrived next day and they repaired the roof tiles. Michael and John are very professional. They were polite, respected my property and left the place clean after they finished the work. I will definitely recommend this company and I will use their service if I need it again.
