Excellent new roof from a team of expert roofers When I needed my roof replacing I deliberately decided to choose someone I believed I could trust, someone I thought would do an excellent job. I chose Element Roofing and they really delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around and they did an excellent job. Others may say they could do the job cheaper, but I would be surprised if anyone could the job better than Element Roofing. Our new roof looks great too!

Element recently replaced the box gutters on our roof. Delighted with the whole process. The communication throughout from Clive was great. On site, Danny and his team were fantastic. The roof looks great and finally we have not suffered leaks. To cap it all the price was very competitive.

Element (Clive) came to the house and estimated the roof damage repair ( this estimate visit cost £30 - which is deducted from final bill if Element is commissioned - we did use them). The estimate supplied was very detailed which is very good- at least you know exactly what you are paying for! The estimate to work being completed was quite seamless. Element kept in contact about the start date/ scaffolding going up and being taken down/ the roofers visiting to complete the works- very efficient- so the client does not need to worry or chase about these things. Element roofers did the roof repair work (within the agreed timescale). We had a query when the work was being completed - this was immediately addressed by Darren who oversees the actual jobs by doing an onsite visit to check the work completed linked to the estimate- my query about the works being completed was immediately addressed without hassle. An added bonus is that unlike other contractors approached, Element does not ask for payment (a deposit) in advance of the work being fully completed- even though scaffolding is required. This shows Element intends to ensure the work is completed correctly and the customer is happy before any monies are paid - the £30 paid in advance was deducted from the final invoice. Overall, we would definitely consider asking Element Roofing for a quote again in the future, if we have a roofing repair/ issue.

Element replaced the skin on our quite large flat roof. I was impressed from start to finish. Clive and Daren were thoughtful in finding the right solution, which their colleagues executed efficiently and promptly. John and his team were low maintenance, quick and easy to deal with. I would use Element again.
