After 10 years of roofing troubles (leaks) with about and about half a dozen roofers later, I finally met Henry. Firstly, very polite and very professional - a rarity in the industry. Secondly, fantastic expertise and a great mindset to work. He does not like to cut corners and will take full responsibility for things he does. Again, not commonly found with others. As an investment landlord, I could not be happier to have met Henry / High Range, who I would happily refer to family and friends, my personal property and any roofing issue I have. Henry called and paid for a plumber to come to provide a second opinion on my roof because of the diagnostic complexity - that was some unexpected service. I had several quotes from people with regards to my work that was needed. Apart from this one from Thomas they were a bit windy, not giving a complete quote, said might be more work than quoted. I got a complete quote from Thomas. He turned up on time on the date given and he and his partner got on with it. They did a fantastic job front and back, no mess also fixed a couple of bits not quoted on. John was really helpful in explaining the issue I was having with my roof and gave me a few different options, explaining the benefits of each so I could decide what the best would be for me. He booked the work in very quickly even at such a busy time of year, and his team finished the job early which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Made contact with John, as there was issues with chimney causing leak into the house. He gave me very sound advice with options. After deciding what I wanted to do, appointment made and John attended with crew. Chimney removed and retiled. All work was completed within the time given. Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.

Highly recommended. A very professional, family run business with over 40 years experience that clearly know everything there is to know about roofing. Paul Strank replaced the main flat roof on a large house for us. The quality of workmanship was excellent as was the customer service. Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩

recently used London Rood Specialists to replace our office roof in Central London. They did a fantastic job that went extremely smoothly considering they were working on a 4 story building near Regent's St. They all worked extremely hard to get the job done in good time. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
