Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. Was fully professional from start to finish. He was horrified that the previous extension had a 12 inch wide lead valley gutter all done in 1 long section - so original valley gutters had tears causing leaks and was barely wide enough to havecan underlap under the tiles. Now we have an 18 inch wide lead gutter down 2 valleys and has been done in sections as per Code 4 Lead Manual and using copper nails as per code. No fuss at all and job was done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Scotts Roofing Ltd., not money grabbers and do an honest job.
