James who runs the office is very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. My job was a relatively small VELUX repair - but clearly they would be someone to consider for much bigger projects - e.g. full roof builds.

We had some leak issues from our roof.Kasem attended, identified issues, gave a quote and started work same day, completed well in 3 days. Sent begire & after photos.Did find price more than what others would charge. But Cannot find fault with work. Would use them again & recommend K & M.

Another roofing company that I normally use recommended Scott. Scott takes the time to explain how he will carry out the work. Sends pictures of the work he has done and how it will look when completed. He sent me pictures outlining with green lines and an explanation of how he will achieve the work. The work is very good, he is respectful and he walked through the property with his own shoe covers. I would recommend him, he is honest and he is very reliable. He has excellent time keeping and came 10 minutes early and was ready to start. There is nothing more I can say than really good.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. I am not used to posting reviews but genuinely found that choosing a roofing company can be a headache, so hope this can help others in London when deciding how to choose a roofer. Having done excellent work for us before, Matthew, Lee & the team came to the rescue when a side roof on our house was badly damaged in Storm Ciaran (Nov 2023) and we had serious water-leakage inside. They made the roof secure while Matthew prepared clear & conscientious reports of the damage etc. For the insurance company. That having been sorted, they completed a good full repair on the roof. They are really experienced, with a great range of skills, always a polite & professional manner, punctual etc. City Building and Roofing will always be our go-to for building work & repair.

Matthew and his team came to the rescue at short notice, just before Xmas, and did wonderful job at saving a massive leak into my bedroom. I couldn't find a roofer to help out on such short notice but Matthew did everything possible to get his team to work on a Saturday to fix the issue. It was just on time as that night it rained so heavily that there would have been extensive damage so I am extremely grateful to his professional help and forthcoming nature to help me so efficiently and quickly fix the problem. I couldn't recommend him and his team more.

They came next Moring and gave a good price and amazing customer service. They have insured me its not a big deal and got the damage repaired asap Couldn't ask for any better service

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I'd be more than happy to recommend Matt to a friend if they were needed work done.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.
