We contacted on a Friday, had a quote by the end of day for a start on Monday. They worked through the rain and fixed our roof in record time!

Kasim came out in the pouring rain on a very wet Sunday to help me with a leaky roof. He created a temporary fix which was a great relief. Kasim and his team returned to fix it properly and they were super efficient, courteous and tidied up! We had a range of quotes for the job and after seeking advice from a surveyor decided on K&M, it was a good choice!

recently used London Rood Specialists to replace our office roof in Central London. They did a fantastic job that went extremely smoothly considering they were working on a 4 story building near Regent's St. They all worked extremely hard to get the job done in good time. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩

I had the GWS team undertake a roofing project on my house in the spring of 2024. I had a lot of damp coming into the house from the roof above as well as from rotting window frames/door going onto my roof terrace. The work involved multiple different trades to be coordinated to carry out the works from scaffolders, windows team, painters, carpenters and roof leading experts. I had an excellent first meeting with Joe to discuss the damp issues that needed fixing and he helped explain how his team would carry out works to fix the issues. He then organised for a detailed plan of works and costs. Once the works got started I was kept up to date by Gary who did a great job at keeping me informed of progress and any potential issues. The team on site were always very professional and able to answer questions that I had about the works. The works were done within the time frame we had discussed and to very high standards. Overall I am really happy with the work that GWS have done at my house and would definitely recommend them to others needing roofing works done.

They carried out a relatively complex re-roofing in slate of our three-flat Victorian end terrace last autumn. Very high standard of work, easily visible in the lead detailing. The interior of the property has gone from always a little dank and damp, with dust hard to remove and mould growing easily, to warm and dry whatever the conditions outside. This quality of air change was apparent when they replaced first the front then the back roof. Ryan and Dean worked skilfully and considerately, while Joe and Gary were able to talk the project through openly and honestly at each stage, finding ways to resolve unexpected issues or necessary changes of plan. In particular, there was a persistent leak that was hard to track down but solved near the end of the project. Also appreciated their openness in inviting clients up on the roof to see and discuss the progress, which I did three times. Nearly a year later, the roof has proved resilient to heavy rain and there is every indication it will remain reliable for a very long time.

GWS gave us confidence from the start with a careful and thorough site visit / discussion and a comprehensive quote including everything. The price was similar to the other well-reviewed company we met. The team started on the date agreed and kept us well informed of progress and any issues they found. At the end of the project they produced a thorough report with photographs detailing the work undertaken. At the final inspection our supervisor noticed that the scaffolders had accidentally broken a tile on our kitchen roof (not part of the project), they quickly arranged for it to be replaced. I could not fault their effort and enthusiasm throughout the construction. They invited me to observe the roof at regular intervals to see the progress. I was delighted with the result. I could not recommend them high enough. I have my guarantee too and that is something that not all roofing contractors will supply. Brilliant Job and company to deal with!
