Michael came around today to help me with a problem with a shared chimney stack and gave brilliant advice about it's removal and how the roof can be made good afterwards with the correct timbers and the best practice for replacing cement flashing with new code 4 lead flashing. He also gave great advice on partial removal of a chimney breast on a Party Wall. Brilliant guy and superb advice, understands the needs of the client, will definitely use again and strongly recommended. Also happens to be a very nice guy!

After a couple of dreadful experiences with well spoken roofers (but rogue at heart), we decided to call and trust a local roofer who would be based locally, knows the locals and still be present to serve the local community for a long time in the future. Michael returned our call within 24h, liaised willingly with our tenants, showed up on time for the appointment, repaired on the spot some lead parts that were lifted by the wind while inspecting our flat roof, facetimed us to show the issues live and sent us an extensive quote detailing the repairs to be done.
