I had my old gutters replaced with new ones and hedgehogs installed on the 25/11/24. The builders were local lads with a lot of experience. They were efficent arrived on time when they said they would. They were friendly and reliable. As a serving police officer I highly recommend Micheal and his team. I know it's important to highlight good local business that do a fantastic job.

I am very happy to recommend Michael and his team of experienced and competent roofers. My roof needed re-felting, new valleys where the roofs join, replacing broken tiles, new lead work, repointing brickwork and new battens. Quite a job! After work was started it was discovered that other parts of my roof, that I had not asked to be inspected, were found to be in need of attention. Michael and his team showed me the problems, and were always helpful with suggested solutions and transparent about any costs. They had other jobs booked at the time, but they rescheduled these so they could complete my roof’s extra work before the wet weather closed in (phew!). I had daily reports on work progress and, as I am OK going up ladders, I went up onto the scaffolding to see the work myself. It was very reassuring to see the thorough job they were doing using the latest state-of-the art materials. A massive improvement on the failed materials they were replacing. I can sleep at night under my leak-free roof again! Roofing can be messy work, with cutting, grinding, and waste materials lying around etc. but at the end of the job everything was cleared away and they left the area clean and tidy. Great work chaps! Thank you all once again.

We had a new driveway installed, two brick walls replaced, land at rear of property transformed from wild to a lovely lawn, as well as gutter and sofet cleaning. The team were extremely professional throughout, keeping us informed with progress daily. The work crew worked hard and were early starters, remaining friendly and efficient throughout the project. The area of the property was always left tidy and safe particularly if they had to use the surrounding public path for any reason, never any concerns there and other members of the team regularly called to verify we were happy with the state of things etc. They aren’t shy of little extra bits to polish a job off either, going around the property touching up pointing and so forth to making sure they left the job in a great state. Definitely recommended.

I’ve only got good things to say about Primeline and the team. From day one of getting the quote, Michael was open and honest & with good communication throughout. The turnaround time between initial contact and the works being done was quick. We had a roof De-Moss, acid wash, guttering cleaning/rebuild and a fix for the garage roof. I’ve attached the below pictures as a reference point of just how well the roof has come up in comparison to the neighbours property. Roof looks brand new, works were quick and tidy and the team even jet washed the back patios down leaving them looking brand new

Following the recent bad weather, I lost a tile from my roof. I contacted Michael at Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd, who came the next day to assess the damage and provide a fair price quote provided a quote to replace all my cemented ridge tiles with a mechanical fixed ridge tiles. Due to a cancelled job, Michael was able to undertake the work within a couple of Days. The Team on site were very professional, did a fantastic job, removed all the debris and left everything clean and Tidy. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd.
