John made this experience nice and easy from start to finish. He was able to come and take a look at the roof on the day we called him, and gave 2 options and quoted for both of those. We went with the full refelt option, and the work started a couple of weeks afterwards. Everyone involved was polite and within 3 days work to refelt and replace any damaged tiles was completed. John answered any additional questions promptly and we would not hesitate in engaging with this company in the future.

John was polite and helpful throughout. He arrived as agreed to inspect the damage to lead flashing on parapet wall and advise on repair required. Once agreed he promptly arranged a date to complete the work and again he arrived as expected. The work was completed within the timescale agreed and am happy with the repair carried out. I would recommend John for any project you have, either large or small.

Came around quick to have a look and do a quote. Quote came back speedily too. Took a bit of time to organise dates for the work (which was quite urgent). Offered to do a little bit of additional work on arrival (nothing that hadn't been suggested by other contractors in the past) which we thought was good value and went with. Overran slightly due to supply shortage but still done quickly. One month from contacting them to final completion which we thought was excellent. All the paperwork we asked for was sound. Good set of lads doing the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again (and frankly hoping to as there is some more work needed on a different roof).

John and the team carried out a complete overhaul of our roof - taking down two chimneys, making good the other two chimneys, re-tiling a low-level roof and the main roof, and replacing the guttering. John was fantastic to deal with throughout, with quick and clear communication, a reasonable quote, and then all the work carried out quickly and professionally with no issues. Highly recommended.
