Two day roof work undertaken to repair worn ridge tiles and prevent further leaks to loft. Roofers were punctual and hardworking team. Old cement removed for new and original tiles refitted. New tiles replaced where necessary. Lead flashing and wood batons added to give extra security to tiles.Good thickness of new cement placed in down gully. A thorough job done. Very pleased with workmanship.

We contacted Nayburs via Google at about 9.30pm on a Thursday night after we had water coming into a bedroom during a storm. Looking at the roof a tile had slipped leaving a gap. Got a reply almost immediately and Pat and team turned up the next day to have a look. We already knew the roof needed to be replaced in the near future but hoped to get away with a patch. Pat got me up the ladder and showed me just how bad it actually was and explained why it couldn't be patched in a manner they could guarantee. Lifting tiles showed rotten battens (crumbled to the touch), rotten, crumbling roof lining and loose ridge tiles. It was a 60 year old roof but looked unlikely to last the week let alone the coming winter. We bit the bullet and agreed on a new roof. I'd normally get a number of quotes for this type of thing but was quoted a fair price. Nayburs had the gap covered and secured, and scaffolding, skip and materials ordered the same afternoon. And started work the next day. All through the process Pat and the team were professional, tidy, on-time and sent videos of all the work they had done each day. Any question were answered immediately, day or night. We're very happy with the result and would heartily recommend Nayburs to anyone and, in fact, have already done so!

We had Nayburs come out to a bad roof leaked caused by the storm. Firstly they were very professional, and I'm impressed by the service they provided. Everything was dealt with efficiently. All works completed to a high standard and the total cost of the repair was less than I imagined considering the emergency response. Speedy and efficient company. Came out the same day as ringing to inspect the problem and then came back the next day to repair the problem. Roof was leaking badly but since the repair it’s perfect now! Friendly reliable people who come when they say they will. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me!
