He also discovered a couple of other issues whilst replacing the tiles and felt, which he brought to our attention, with photos to show the damage and we approved additional work whilst he was on site, saving future work and access costs. He managed the whole project which was a new roof for myself and my neighbour - from overseeing the scaffolding company to the delivery of materials, and the team. He was always on hand. Organising the scaffolding was with the minimum of fuss, and the job carried out exactly as required.
