Bill is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and very professional. I was lucky to have him and his team come to my rescue to address major problems with rising damp and dry rot. With his expert knowledge and commitment he was determined to resolve underlying problems that were causing the issues. It seemed to me no task was too much or too little, and unlike other bosses, Bill got stuck into the hard labour to make sure things were done thoroughly. I can’t thank you enough, and even though the job was at risk of being delayed for good reason, you kept to your word and delivered!!
