Twice now over the last 2 years they have been prompt on returning my call, come over to take a look and replaced a slipped tile on my roof for no charge, being honest about the cause of the damage and state of my roof. A brilliant company - really polite, professional, friendly and punctual, and quality of work is second to none. They did some refelting for us a while back (correcting another company's work) and did a great job, also replacing a damaged bit of guttering for free. And then they came to do another bit of work for us just before Christmas, and didn't charge at all. I can't recommend them enough.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. I am not used to posting reviews but genuinely found that choosing a roofing company can be a headache, so hope this can help others in London when deciding how to choose a roofer. Another roofing company that I normally use recommended Scott. Scott takes the time to explain how he will carry out the work. Sends pictures of the work he has done and how it will look when completed. He sent me pictures outlining with green lines and an explanation of how he will achieve the work. The work is very good, he is respectful and he walked through the property with his own shoe covers. I would recommend him, he is honest and he is very reliable. He has excellent time keeping and came 10 minutes early and was ready to start. There is nothing more I can say than really good.

Nunhead Roofing quoted for a full roof replacement. Mark was very straight forward to deal with. Him and his team showed up as promised consistently and everything was done by the book - detailed quotes, insurance back guarantee, building control certificate etc. Always responsive when asked for updates/photos. Work completed to schedule despite the really poor condition of old roof structure. Work was done with no fuss, was able to leave them to it as access was via scaffolding out front. New roof looks great. Strongly recommend to anyone needing any roof work done.

I cannot recommend Nunhead Roofing more highly. A host of problems was gradually revealed on our roof and terrace on a new build property after water leakage. Fortunately for us the problems were mostly covered by our structural defects policy and Mark was extremely helpful in our negotiations with the insurers on what turned out to be a huge roof replacement project. The quality of his work is outstanding and he was easy and straightforward to deal with.

The contract was for replacement of a pitched roof covering a pair of large Victorian semi-detached houses. Scaffolding was arranged by Mark and included in the contract. Removal of slates revealed problems with the brickwork. Mark investigated the full extent of the problems, documenting with photos. Mindful of our need to cap costs he estimated for this work quickly. Within a week of the start of work we had agreed a revised contract including replacement of some rafters, repair of the partition wall and 6 chimney stacks and new gutters. This quick and thorough action gave us confidence and peace of mind that no further work would be needed. This proved to be correct. Before removal of the roof Mark taped protective covering around the scaffolding to minimise the mess caused as slates were removed. During the work we were in constant communication, ensuring that no problems arose. The original contract estimated 6 weeks for completion and even with the extra work completion was within 8 weeks. The finished roof looks great. We thoroughly recommend Nunhead roofing, both for the method of work and the result.
