Lovely location, building and outdoor area. I used the car park whilst doing the Anchor Church Trail and popped in for a pint after. The service from James was superb, not just to me, but consistently from what I observed, I’d say the best I’ve personally witnessed, kind & personable. Great pint as well, would recommend.
Excellent Carvery. Good price. Beautiful location. Beautiful pub. Will be back. And the Apple and Strawberry homemade crumble is just like mum use to make... delicious 10 out of 10.
Tried this place after hearing positive reviews, I was not disappointed! Great selection of meat & veg oh & beer 😋. Reasonably priced, friendly service, lovely traditional country pub. Highly recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Deffo be back 👌🏻
