Stayed overnight, had 70th birthday party in the function room. Excellent room for any celebrations. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our room was lovely, plenty of facilities, beautiful bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order I would highly recommend The Great Northern
Very nice meal with nice staff. I had the liver and onions, and i asked for no mashed potatoes and more vegetables instead. See photo of meal 10 out of ten. I will be returning soon for the mixed grill. The pub it's self is very nice, with a good atmosphere. The only small minus point is that the carpark is full of potholes and needs some TLC.
Great pub and food, the menu is extensive and has plenty of gluten free possibilities, which is great. Very quick efficient and attentive service, our food was brought out quickly, all four getting our food at the same time. The food tasted good too.
We were attending a party in their lovely function room. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again.👍
