Lovely place with an atmosphere I enjoyed , staff were helpful and friendly. Only problem was parking but as it is very popular that is understandable. A warning if tall watch out for the beams across the ceiling 😉 they are low a characteristic of this pub , fun really to remember 👍
Great Sunday lunch. Fantastic value
Nice pub on our ale trail using the villager bus. Pub smells damp but apart from that good service and reasonable beer
Great traditional pub. Ales, lagers, ciders, wines. Service friendly. Covered outside area for smokers. Came in Spring so too chilly to sit outside but can imagine this please is fab on a hot summers day, whilst in winter it’s cosy.
