My son was tutored by Christopher for eight months prior to the eleven plus exam. He was able to consolidate his knowledge in both maths and English, and fill in any gaps in his learning needed for this exam. Christopher also helped with strategies for verbal and nonverbal reasoning. Hari attended the exam preparation sessions, mock exams and some of the essay writing workshops. I can’t recommend Christopher highly enough. Hari was offered a place at his first choice Grammar school and was offered an academic scholarship at his first choice independent school. My younger son, with a very different learning method is now being tutored by Christopher and is thriving in his lessons. We are currently having online lessons with Christopher which are working extremely well. I would highly recommend anyone planning to put their children in for entrance exams to contact Eleven Plus Tutors.

My son was tutored by Christopher leading to him securing a place at his first choice of Grammar School. I saw a really significant improvement in my son's confidence and knowledge. His creative writing skills came on leaps and bounds after attending the creative writing workshop. There aren’t enough compliments for Rifat and her exceptional teaching skills. Her patience, perseverance and her obvious passion for teaching have transformed our son. He was taught English and Maths and there has been a phenomenal improvement in our son. There were times when he surprised both of us with his ability to solve difficult mathematical challenges using the skills he had been taught. He passed all of the independent school exams and we cannot thank Rifat enough for everything she has done over the last year.

We first approached Christopher in February/March this year. After an initial assessment, our daughter commenced weekly lessons with one of the tutors (Jeremy). Jeremy was very approachable, friendly and our daughter got on very well with him from the outset. Jeremy was very good at explaining things and when my daughter was uncertain, she never felt uncomfortable telling him that she did not understand. Jeremy provided lots of papers to assist my daughter in preparing for the 11 plus and even she has said that the mock test (arranged by them) was helpful as she definitely felt less nervous about the actual exam. We received our daughters results yesterday and we’re so pleased that she had passed and not only did she get the required score for the school we had hoped, she also gained a enough to be considered by Altrincham Grammar. We can’t thank Christopher and Jeremy enough for their help and support and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting their child in for the 11 plus :)

Having struggled with tricky maths topics I decided it was time to get some private tuition. I wanted to pass my gcse maths so desperately - so I could go on to do my pgce. Therefore, I set out looking for the best tutor possible. I didn't have to search very far as I already followed Mr Mahmud on instagram. Thankfully, he agreed to tutor me! My worst fear was Algebra, but he helped me overcome this with his phenomenal teaching. I sat the gcse maths exam in November 2020 and received my results on 14th January 2021 - I passed! In a short span of time he was able to help prepare me for my exam. Honestly, I can not recommend him enough! He is simply amazing, and goes out of his way to ensure he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to your learning - you won't regret it.

I first made an enquiry with Choice Tutoring back in March 2020. I was looking for a maths tutor for my daughter who at the time was in Y10. Lianne was my first point of contact and we quickly established a great relationship, Lianne has been accessible throughout the whole time that we have used Choice Tutoring either by text, phone or email. My daughter was paired with Amanda and we have never looked back. Due to timing, the whole of Amanda's lessons have been remote however this has not stopped my daughter and Amanda building a fantastic relationship. Amanda has not only helped with the knowledge side of things but has increased my daughter's confidence ten fold. She has gone from strength to strength and has just taken her last assessment towards her GCSE's and came out of the exam saying how much she had enjoyed it. I am a year 11 student. My name is @@@ My parents decided to home school me, as they felt it would be better for me to be taught by private tutors. When I was in high school last year, I felt I was not taught well. The teachers did not really help or guide me. I believe that Aim High is a really good tuition for all the core subjects, maths especially. I have been going to the maths lessons in Aim High for 2 years, and I have been getting better scores in my tests because I used to get 90-95%, but now I am frequently getting 98-100%! I feel that Aim High is really good as they set homework on a website called Century ,weekly, and we use another website called ClassKick to enhance the learning we do at the beginning of the lessons, and apply it to the questions on there. The teachers are very kind and they are extremely motivating. They also have a clear plan of the lesson and will change it if a student is struggling. Therefore, Aim High is an amazing tuition - the best I've ever been to- and I highly recommend that you join as I currently LOVE IT! :)
