Fiona’s style is very collaborative, working in partnership with us to develop structured work plans for both of our children, who attend a local primary school. Learning has been through a mixture of face to face tutoring and homework. Fiona has helped our daughter with all aspects of the KS2 curriculum and is also working with our son, who struggles with reading and writing, by setting him a tailored work plan that reflects how he best learns. Fiona’s work has brought both children on and we have seen a significant improvement in their academic development and confidence. She’s been a huge support to us in terms of feedback and guidance on how to best support the children with their learning.

Fiona offers 1:1 and group tutoring and we used both of these. Fiona knows the 11 plus/13plus exam system extremely well and provides valuable input with techniques and insights to aid you and your child with this. More importantly than this she instilled confidence in our child that he was bright and able to tackle subject matter that will remain with him in the future.
