We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Great job done for my dad, would highly recommend. Always arrived on time and even came out after midnight when we had a problem. Very professional and clean and tidy workmanship, thank you.

Ralph took on a few jobs for us at short notice for a reasonable price and did a great job. He was friendly, efficient, and provided some valuable advice. I would highly recommend his services to others!
