Excellent service. Nedim came to see us at 4:00 pm on his way home from another job. Scottish Power had replaced our gas meter but left our service disconnected. Nedim checked the work of the previous two engineers, re-connected our service, bled the air out of the gas line, and got our boiler running again in about an hours time. He was cheerful and friendly; cant recommend him highly enough.

I highly recommend Nedim, he is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and did a good job on my boiler. Due to the circumstances he came to me within four hours of calling him. Excellent.

I'm writing this at 10.05 a.m on Sunday morning Feb 23rd. At 8.00 a.m my wife discovered a leak just above the stopcock that allows water into the entire house. I texted Nedim at NC Gas Services at 8.15 a.m. He was at my door at 9.00 a.m and left just after 10.00 a.m having fixed the problem. I kid you not. This is the second time I've used him. The guy is phenomenal.

Nedim of NC Gas Services was able to fit me in for an urgent job in his busy schedule; he came when said he would and was able to sort the issue with our boiler quickly and efficiently. We subsequently asked Nedim back for a repair and a service and again he was efficient, courteous, reasonably priced and did all he needed to do - he even took time to explain what he was doing and why. All round great heating engineer, recommended without hesitation.
