I contacted Paul after a complete boiler breakdown, based on good customer feedback online. He did a home visit within the hour, gave a very reasonable quote and fitted a new boiler within a few working days. He is polite, friendly and professional and explained everything as he went along. He is currently quoting on other work for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Paul repaired the overflow of our bath, re balanced our radiators, and installed our new Quooker tap system efficiently. He even provided tips on managing our heating system through the winter to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Overall, he's a really nice guy and definitely a top plumber. Paul did a fantastic job installing my new boiler, I would happily recommend him.
