Contacted on Sunday for an issue that while was not an emergency, it did need fixing relatively quickly. It was fixed by Monday lunchtime as Ming was able to fit us in at short notice and juggle things around - very pleased with the speed and quality of the work. Also very happy with his approach and how clear he was in terms of what he would (and would not) do.
