We were in a difficult situation with no heating or hot water and he came out promptly to assess the issue and moved his work around so he could start the next day. He and his colleague completed the complex work in one day (another company had stated it was 2 days work for 2 people) and gave a good price. He communicates well and is easy to get hold of. His 'can-do' attitude was very reassuring and he was very organised with ordering the parts required and the removal of any scrap. We experienced an emergency flood today and after a quick search online I called LT Plumbing and Heating. I couldn’t be more impressed. Lee and his colleague Reneekay were on their lunch break between jobs but still managed to arrive within 15 minutes ready to help. I would not hesitate to recommend IGM. Ian and Billy carried out excellent work in gas leak detection, replacement boiler and gas pipes with superb, finishing. This included plastering, replacement skirting boards, bricking up redundant flu pipes etc All work was carried out to a very high standard. They were also brilliant at liaising with our gas suppliers which if this was down to us would’ve been very stressful. Wholeheartedly recommend! Also really nice guys to have around!

Wow. What a difference it makes when you get an experienced tradesman with real expertise turning up to look at your plumbing issue. Ian diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and then proceeded to fix the problem (He even had all the required spare parts with him in his well organised van) and test the solution worked. We have had had serious problems with our underfloor heating system for many years, to the point where we were about to remove it entirely and start again. Ian was able to diagnose the issues and then completely refurbish the entire system without the need to dig up our floors! Ian came down to fix blocked drains at the cricket club, same day as we called him! Turned out to be bigger issues than expected!! He pressure jetted this and then was check the drains with his CCTV machine, figured out and showed us the issues. Fixed everything that day!
