I have found the customer service and communication to be great with Lee and his team. When they came to do the works he tried several things to resolve our pressure issue with our boiler to try to not have us having to buy parts. Additionally they helped with a sink drainage issue and managed to fix an issue that had been happening for a while and made good and resealed wonderfully. The whole time I was kept informed, shown what the issues where and it was explained to me really well, including any cost implications. Highly recommend and will be using again!

After some failed DIY, I needed emergency plumbing to fix my leaky toilet. Lee and his team were great, arriving within the hour and sorting everything out efficiently. Everything sorted with no fuss which helped massively in placating my partner!

We experienced an emergency flood today and after a quick search online I called LT Plumbing and Heating. I couldn’t be more impressed. Lee and his colleague Reneekay were on their lunch break between jobs but still managed to arrive within 15 minutes ready to help. They immediately sprang into action and their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Not only were they incredibly efficient but they were also kind, approachable and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. In the urgency of the moment I didn’t ask about pricing as I was just desperate to get the flooding under control. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I can’t recommend LT Plumbing and Heating enough. Really helpful and professional company. Need urgent help in getting boiler working due to an air lock in the system. Also connected new radiator to the heating system. Very happy with the guys who came round, very polite and helpful. Completed all the work in a few hours. No mess and everything work as expected.
