I'd like to express my gratitude to Luke for his role in solving our rat problem. Also his understanding on how much of a headache it can be to solve this problem. All the advise he gave helped us find where the rats were gaining entry into our property. Unfortunately for us it was a drainage issue. Luke recommended a drain surveyor and we discovered two redundant pipes that weren't fully sealed. We got those sealed off and have been clear ever since. If you're looking for someone to help with a rodent problem then Luke is the person to speak to. He's got in depth knowledge and will help solve the problem. Thanks Luke!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend this pest control service enough! We had a serious rat problem that no one else had managed to resolve—until Luke came along. Luke was incredibly dedicated, working tirelessly and making repeated visits to ensure the problem was handled once and for all. His knowledge and recommendations were invaluable, and he didn’t give up until we were finally rat-free. Luke’s commitment and expertise truly set him apart, and thanks to him, we can finally feel comfortable in our home again. If you need effective and thorough pest control, he’s the person to call!

Luke was luckily between jobs and arrived promptly. I had lots of flies in my living room coming from my chimney fire place. Luke sorted out the problem for me. He is a genuine guy. If you have a pest problem he comes recommended.

I cannot rate Luke highly enough. I called quite panicked with what i thought was a wasp nest in the loft. He came round promptly and on time, was highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend Luke. He is very much more a personal service and genuinely local rather than one of these big firms that pretend to be local by using their website name tailored to your town but are in fact huge and impersonal. If i have any further problems Luke would be the only one i would call.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed came to my flat at very short notice to deal with a mice problem we had. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing, putting my mind at ease. Mohammed came promptly on time, was very polite and understanding. He was respectful and used gloves while working. Mohammed is a hardworking professional, checking places I could not have even thought of! He explained the behaviour of mice, which was very helpful and I saw positive results after the first visit.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Mark went above and beyond to get rid of a wasps nest under a dormer window. He came back a second time as it started to rain just as he started the first dose. I was only charged for one call out and his rates are very reasonable . I would recommend him .

I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. He was thorough in his work and gave our staff advise on managing the situation and working to resolve it.
