Tom came around within 20 minutes of my call to remove a wasp nest in one of my garden bushes. This was very appreciated as the nest was low to the ground and near where my dogs sit. He made sure to remove all the branches to avoid the wasps coming back and took them and the nest away with him. The work is also guaranteed so they will return free of charge if the wasps come back in the same place (fingers crossed this isn't needed). I learned some things about wasps I didn't know, and Tom also thought to save the flowers from the bush which are now in a vase which was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

Having discovered that a family of rats had taken up residence in the compost heap at the end of the garden, I contacted Nigel at EcoTrap Services. He came to visit us very promptly, and was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the different approaches to pest control, the behaviour of rats etc. He set down a number of discrete traps (and, eventually, poison). After a period of just over a month, through weekly visits, the pest problem now appears to have been dealt with. I would highly recommend Nigel and EcoTrap Services if you have a similar problem.

I found Nigel on the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council website. I wanted to make sure I got a reputable pest controller. Have been very pleased with the result. He was very knowledgable about why and how the rats were being so successful in my chicken coop. He then came several times and strategically positioning traps and poison managed to clear the problem. All my questions regarding how to better manage the problem in the future were helpful. Used Absolute to stop pigeons from nesting under my solar panels. Very competitive quote compared to others I found. Good workmanship, Instant quote after checking on Google Street view. Came quickly and put in quality meshing and not had a problem since. The pigeons have disappeared.
