Tom visited to remedy a problem in our garage and successfully treated the area in just two visits. His friendly, knowledgeable advice and guidance was greatly appreciated. Tom visited the day after our call to him. He was extremely efficient and professional and resolved the pest problem in our garden within a couple of visits. He offered plenty of ongoing advice and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Tom came around within 20 minutes of my call to remove a wasp nest in one of my garden bushes. This was very appreciated as the nest was low to the ground and near where my dogs sit. He made sure to remove all the branches to avoid the wasps coming back and took them and the nest away with him. The work is also guaranteed so they will return free of charge if the wasps come back in the same place (fingers crossed this isn't needed). I learned some things about wasps I didn't know, and Tom also thought to save the flowers from the bush which are now in a vase which was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

Tom replied within minutes of my leaving a message, and was mercifully able to come to our house that same morning after we'd trapped a rat in the bathroom! Tom's inspections and trap setting left me with confidence and a sense that we'd be able to sort this. Tom is calm, knowledgeable, unfazed and professional. I'd highly recommend him, and whilst I hope we won't ever need his services again, I won't hesitate to get in touch in the future if circumstances require!

Tom was really speedy in getting back to me and managed to find time for a visit despite the busy time of year! He was friendly and knowledgeable.
