Leo thankfully managed to help us solve a rat issue which wasn’t easy! He considered and covered all the options and explained everything so well to us. His patience and experience meant it is now thankfully resolved. He is also very reasonably priced, we would definitely use again (but in the nicest way hope we don’t have to!)

We used Leo a few years ago for a problem that he dealt with knowledgeably and diligently and which has not recurred.  We have just used him again for a separate issue and he was again pleasant, reliable, punctual, helpful and effective (as far as we know so far). Clearly we would highly recommend him.

I contacted Leo over a potential mouse problem, after droppings were found by someone working in the loft. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive. Having conducted a thorough search, his professional opinion was that the droppings were very old and there was not an ongoing issue. Very reasonably priced and I would certainly use Leo's services again if required.
