Gary was brilliant. He was very clear about the pricing with no ‘hidden costs’. He gave different price options with clear explanations for the benefit of each. He was on time. He had to return another day as we have a niche door that needed a special part, which was no issue. Would definitely use this service again. Recommend without a doubt.
Gary was brilliant. I had a lock fail on a brick outhouse that just would not open. Rang Gary at 10:30am on Friday morning and explained the issue to him. He was very polite and asked some questions to get an understanding of the problem. He gave me a rough estimate on the phone which was spot on. In fact I think it turned out to be a little cheaper in the end. As it was not restricting access to the main house it meant this was not a lock out as such however Gary was round within 90 minutes and fixed within 30 minutes and he didn't even want a cup of tea! Great guy. Will use again and recommend to anyone.
Gary is a really friendly and knowledgable top bloke! He came over and changed my locks and mechanism at really short notice when it started playing up. Would absolutely 100% recommend him for any work that you may need done!
We found Gary’s details on a Google search as our back door wouldn’t close or lock. He had good reviews, so I rung him, he came over promptly even though it was Saturday afternoon and fixed it all and we were really pleased. He’s a nice man and I’d definitely recommend him.
