Was in the position of being locked out of the house due to a faulty lock. It was around 6 o clock and after calling Adam's locks he agreed to help. I didn't have to wait long as he came to the house straight away. Within the hour he got me into the house and replaced the lock. Fantastic job and can highly recommend Adam's locks. Very professional, responsive and good value.

I highly recommend Adam. He was quick to respond to communications, efficient and friendly. His customer service is excellent. A couple of weeks after changing my locks the doors had swollen in all the rain. He came the same morning and adjusted them for me. Highly recommended.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Great service, called up and arranged to come the next day. A quick hinge adjustment and our door is locking and unlocking smoother than ever! Kevin was super efficient replacing two patio door locks and a back door lock that needed considerable adjustment. Highly professional and friendly to boot and not overpriced. Highly recommended.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

Called out 5pm on a Friday. Prompt response and excellent service to fix a door that would not lock. After a temp lock was fitted, Steve then found a new locking mechanism for the door (despite the fact that this particular lock was discontinued!) and came a fitted it a few days later. Went above and beyond and very reasonable charges. Five Stars.

Needed to get access back into my property quickly. Steve was the only ‘emergency’ locksmith who could actually make it in the time 30- 60 mins specified. Quick and efficient, I was back in my house in no time. I couldn’t recommend enough, great service.

I'm so glad I used this company to install locks in my new house. Sam assessed my house so he could order the correct size locks and he was very polite and informative when explaining the difference between 1, 2 and 3 star locks. I chose the 3 star locks as I wanted to make sure my insurance company couldn't refuse a claim if someone ever broke in. A few days later Lee visited and installed the locks. Lee was also amazing! He was super nice and installed the locks quickly. He even adjusted the hinges on a set of double doors that rubbed together when they closed. I could see that the locks Lee installed were much thicker and higher quality than the originals and the new keys were also a lot thicker. All of the locks work so much more smoothly than the originals. They turn very easily and there's no movement on any of the doors if you jostle the doorknobs when the doors are closed and locked. It's also so much easier to luck and unlock the new cylinders. And the adjustment of the double doors is incredible - I no longer have to lift the door to lock it :-) If I had purchased some cheap locks from a hardware shop they would have been cheaper, but they would never have worked as smoothly (or been as secure) as the '3 star' locks I purchased from Wessex Locksmiths. And these locks will last the entire time I own the house. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I like the fact that my new key is actually better than the original. I would highly recommend this business for all your lock and security needs. Well stocked shop as well. My daughter was stuck at college with my car which had a flat battery. Our key fob had no manual key in so breakdown were called to tow her back to local garage. Noel was incredible. My elderly parents live 100 miles from me and I needed to find a vehicle locksmith in their area as my parents had lost their only car key and arrange the whole thing from my end; initially a worrying task. Noel handled the whole thing, happy to communicate via text and chat on the phone to arrange everything. He visited their house, rang me with a couple of options to solve the problem and most importantly was flexible when they found their one key to change the plan and use that to create a copy so they had two. He kindly sent me a copy of the key code and a phot of the new keys. I am very grateful Noel.
