Called Mark at 8.15 in the morning and he arrived 20 minutes later. Knew exactly what the problem was, ordered the part and advised of the cost. True to his word, was back next day, job done. Most efficient and friendly service.

Mark fitted two new locks to our house to comply with insurer’s requirements. Arrived bang on time, did a very neat job without any damage to the doors that I know can happen when fitting new locks. And for less money than his quote as it was quicker than expected. Highly recommended.
