Called ASL last week to arrange a new key for my van. Was given a few dates to choose from including today. They turned up at my North Dorset based business & completed the work (making a new key) in under 30 mins. Very quick, friendly & efficient service. Very happy customer. 👍🏻👌🏻

Communications brilliant. Scott handled my problem efficiently and quickly. Didn’t even have to go to their main HQ. Their engineer was local and redirected to my house within the same morning. Job completed within half an hour.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Outstanding was stranded with a flat battery and although he wasn’t called out for me he took a look and got it started so I could get home!! Could thank him enough thankyou so much !!

Amazing service and incredibly quick. I needed a new key cut within 30 minutes and they were all finished within 25! plus they only charged 1/6th of the quote I got from the AA. Absolutely brilliant
