The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

I had a VW Transporter with an ignition barrel that needed replacing to allow me to start the van. Dave was top notch, great communication, turned up, debugged, sourced a used part, came back 3 days later and replaced the part in less than an hour. probably saved me a grand if I had gone to VW. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Adam is fantastic. Wish I could give 6 stars. It was lashing down with rain, dark and an incredibly tricky - must have been the job from hell but he got it done, was friendly throughout and was reasonably priced. He came out when no other locksmith I tried would (and I tried several) I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do - he’s the man I’m going to call. Was in the position of being locked out of the house due to a faulty lock. It was around 6 o clock and after calling Adam's locks he agreed to help. I didn't have to wait long as he came to the house straight away. Within the hour he got me into the house and replaced the lock. Fantastic job and can highly recommend Adam's locks. Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I like the fact that my new key is actually better than the original. I would highly recommend this business for all your lock and security needs. Well stocked shop as well.
