Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I agree that you responded quickly, and I was just as quick to edit the original review. Best Regards.

Called ASL last week to arrange a new key for my van. Was given a few dates to choose from including today. They turned up at my North Dorset based business & completed the work (making a new key) in under 30 mins. Very quick, friendly & efficient service. Very happy customer. 👍🏻👌🏻

Communications brilliant. Scott handled my problem efficiently and quickly. Didn’t even have to go to their main HQ. Their engineer was local and redirected to my house within the same morning. Job completed within half an hour.

Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I like the fact that my new key is actually better than the original. I would highly recommend this business for all your lock and security needs. Well stocked shop as well. Independent businesses like this should be supported.

Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

I'm so glad I used this company to install locks in my new house. Sam assessed my house so he could order the correct size locks and he was very polite and informative when explaining the difference between 1, 2 and 3 star locks. I chose the 3 star locks as I wanted to make sure my insurance company couldn't refuse a claim if someone ever broke in. A few days later Lee visited and installed the locks. Lee was also amazing! He was super nice and installed the locks quickly. He even adjusted the hinges on a set of double doors that rubbed together when they closed. I could see that the locks Lee installed were much thicker and higher quality than the originals and the new keys were also a lot thicker. All of the locks work so much more smoothly than the originals. They turn very easily and there's no movement on any of the doors if you jostle the doorknobs when the doors are closed and locked. It's also so much easier to luck and unlock the new cylinders. And the adjustment of the double doors is incredible - I no longer have to lift the door to lock it :-) If I had purchased some cheap locks from a hardware shop they would have been cheaper, but they would never have worked as smoothly (or been as secure) as the '3 star' locks I purchased from Wessex Locksmiths. And these locks will last the entire time I own the house. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful service. Contacted Wessex Locksmiths for help, with locks at a commercial premises, they really went the extra mile, nothing was a problem for them, and reasonably priced, highly recommend!!

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I locked my keys in the car whilst parked at sandbanks car park. It was a busy evening and Dave came out to fix the problem. It took no time at all and he cut me a new key so I had a spare. Excellent service.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. What an absolute gem of a business. Couldn't get into our safe and it was urgent as travelling, Chubb safe/Insafe wanted to charge a £1200 callout fee and a couldn't attend for a week. Spoke to Colin Thompson & Sons who told me a simple solution and it was fixed within minutes, no charge or callout required. They were absolutely amazing, friendly and went above and beyond. They saved me £1200 and didn't ask for a penny in return. What a champion of a business!

After phoning a 24hour locksmith based in Street at 7pm on Thursday night when I broke my lock, phoning again at 11pm and a 3rd time at 7am the next day and having no one ring me back or come to fix the lock, I decided to phone Wells locks. Jamie answered the phone within a couple of rings at 8.40am. He came to my address and replaced the lock within the next hour and a half! I had a call today (Monday, 5days after my first call!!) from the original locksmith to say the job was now closed as they assumed I had got my lock fixed🤷🏼‍♀️ Rest assured I would definitely recommend Wells locks for their quick quality service and professionalism. Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic service by a very pleasant and knowledgable gentleman. I was in dire straits last night until he came to my aid. I'd been trying other locksmiths for hours, and he was the only one who responded. He managed to sort out a particularly finnicky lock too. If it hadn't been for his help, I would have had to sleep on the landing outside my flat! I would not hesitate to recommend him.
