We had James and Murphy in for two weeks (with Liam supervising) putting in some raised decking in the back garden. They were extremely considerate of us and our neighbours at all times, and kept us fully informed about the progress of the work, even when we didn't ask. Our garden has restricted access so some of the aspects of deliveries were complicated but this was handled seamlessly. Their quality of work is very good and they involved us when decisions needed to be made, giving advice but leaving it ultimately up to us. They left the space incredibly tidy when they left, and it looks like we have a completely new garden! They were one of the best contractor teams we've had working on the house.

FirstlightLandscaping first built our raised decking 14 years ago so when it needed replacing we didn’t hestitate to contact them again. As before Liam, Neal & their team were so respectful & professional & did a fantastic job replacing our wooden decking for composite. There were a few hiccups with the delivery of materials from a third party but we were kept informed all the time. FirstLight Landscaping are a good company to work with when you're looking for a competent landscaping company that can project manage really well. We were looking to refresh the garden, as how we use the space is functionally different than the previous owners of our home. With FLL's designs (via Neal), we were able to discuss and alter them as often as we needed. When we eventually got to the work actually beginning (on Liam's side), their team were really flexible, and allowed us to add or change things in the design when we realised other needs for the space. Also, Ian and Rich, who worked on-site for the duration of the project, were lovely people who did great work, and knew a lot from their own experience, that helped inform when there were potentially better design choices. Overall, FLL are a trustworthy company, and I'd be happy to use their services again if the chance came up.

We had an absolutely brilliant experience working with the FirstLight team. After being disappointed by several companies Neal really took on board what we wanted. The team (headed up by Dave) were informative throughout, even keeping me up to date while I was away on holiday. Incredibly clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Any changes we made were taken onboard without any fuss. The quality of workmanship is clear to see and we now have a beautiful back garden that we can really enjoy and show off. Visiting Shadwell was a joy soo amazing amout of plants and everything for pnes garden i have always gone to Linton for 30 odd years but was a lovely suprise to visit Shadwell will be back next week week with my pension card haha lady on the till very helpful. We had great service from BRS Garden Group. We are a volunteer community group building a pocket park in Sheffield which needed 2500 litres of mulch. We needed an exact time for delivery to ensure there were enough volunteers to help with the mulch. When we rang beforehand to ask about details of the delivery BRS were very helpful and sympathetic. The delivery driver arrived just at the time we were told he would, and was also very helpful. The help given made what could have been a quite a stressful procedure, much easier.

Excellent service from the office and the delivery driver. Quality product (turf) arrived on time. Just got one issue. The lads in the yard who load the lorries ought to spend a day with the drivers delivering turf. Even though the lorry had a crane my turf had to be taken off by hand, thank god it wasn't a lot.

Ordered a bag of vegetable soil bulk bag. The delivery came as expected, with great communication from the head office team, and driver. The quality of the soil is very good. Would highly recommend, and I will order again. Thank you BRS!

One of my fencing panels had blown completely off, so i contacted Hemingway fencing and they called out the next day gave me a great price as it was only a fix up job and completed the work later on that day. Work was carried out very attentively, neatly with no fuss. Was very happy from start to finish. Roy was very friendly, kind and respectful. Just seemed a genuine guy. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, and i will be using Hemingway fencing again in the future. ★★★★★🖒

Roy was fantastic ! Our fence had blown down in the bad storms we had recently, I called Roy after researching fencers in Leeds and he came up as one of the the highest rated. Roy was very polite and helpful, you can tell that he is very experienced and gave me sound advise on how he is going to do the repairs and gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was completed timely and without any mess, Roy is very hardworking he was working in sub zero temperatures and into the night just so he can get the work completed for me, I would have no hesitation employing Roy again. Definitely the right man for the job !

I found West County Landscapes 7 years ago - I was thrilled - up to that point I had only found garden maintenance firms that let me down - regularly not turning up due to issues with weather or short staff - and often seeming to lack the level of professional expertise and knowledge I expected. I don’t know how West County Landscapes manage to do perfectly what other firms struggle to do - but they are brilliant. My initial arrangement was a fortnightly maintenance contract - they never missed a visit - whatever the weather - they were there - very impressive. Over the years I have been so glad I found them - their work ethic, their level of knowledge and expertise - and the standard of their work is consistent and really high. It is just wonderful to know my garden is in good hands and that I can completely rely on them. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I am a complete fan!
