We needed to get a load of new lights fitted and also wanted electrics run out to our shed, so we got Charlie and co round to do the necessary, and they did a lovely job. In fact, whilst they were here, they also sorted out several other little problems round the house which had been niggling us ever since moved in (e.g. dodgy switches and sockets etc). Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use again, or to recommend.

Rein Electrical were able to attend a last minute request to install an electric cooker after moving into our flat. The team were so friendly, efficient and professional. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even provided some advice on what to expect when using the cooker for the first time. Contacted Rein Electrical as we had a double plug socket in an inconvenient position hindering where we wanted to place a washing machine. Scott called round the next day and sorted out the problem, even placing the socket into a cupboard, which we had not thought possible. He was very cheerful and a very tidy worker. We would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to others.

Tom came over after we had a problem with the lights upstairs. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went off, bought replacement fittings including a new light fixture and pull switch and installed everything in less than hour. We‘d been having some issues with our heating & lighting for a while and previous electricians and plumbers did a quick fix that didn’t work. We found Tom on Google and after reading the good reviews, gave him a call. He identified the problem straight away and did a great job of re-wiring everything. He was very thorough with his work, explaining what he was doing all along and left everything very tidy at the end. We’d definitely recommend for any electrical work and will be using him moving forward.

Had Albert and the team from Eminence Electrical Contractors come over to run power up to my garden. It was a fairly long run of about 50m, but once they came to take a look, they advised on the best path an assured me it would be done neatly. Needless to say, they did a great job, and I'm so happy with the result. I also had some additional sockets fitted in the kitchen, and Albert advised me on an alternative idea for the positioning. I went with his suggestion, and was so happy with the result. Overall, a friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy service. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We recently bought a house that required a significant amount of work.The survey idicated the electrics were quite old. As this was completed very quickly without a fuss he then was able to install the intermediate lighting I had planned out on the same day. I recently referred Dan Evans of Big Green Electrical to a key contact. Dan was brought in to install some spotlights in the hallway of a flat. It was not a straightforward job as access above the ceiling was severely restricted. In particular, a large water tank sat directly above a key area of the ceiling that needed spotlights. Dan arrived on time, presented professionally. He took time to listen carefully to the customer’s requirements and made some key recommendations based on his experience to ensure that the finished result was optimum. Once the brief was agreed, Dan worked efficiently and tirelessly without stopping for even a five minute break to get the job done. He completed the job ahead of time and ensured that the customer was satisfied that she had got the ‘wow’ factor in her hallway, which she had – it looked fantastic.

When my kitchen light died I was in dire need of an electrician. Fortunately Dan was recommended to me by a neighbour who explained that whilst he had not had occasion to use his services he had been highly recommended. On contacting Dan I quickly found out that the recommendation was very accurate. He dealt with my problem in a timely manner ( I was fortunate to have same day service) supplying and fitting a new fixture that afternoon. Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. I initially described the job to John over the phone and he managed to give me a rough quote immediately with a follow up site inspection the very next day. John then attended a week later and completed the installation. I was very impressed with Johns methodical, attention to detail and professional work ethic ensuring the job was completed to the highest standard. Very impressed with the service I received. Have had an ongoing electrical fault. When I contacted Helsdown, they clearly communicated what they would do and the costs involved. George arrived and quickly identified and remedied the fault, he also repaired a broken socket and gave some advice on testing. Work was very clean, tidy and efficient. I have rebooked them to do some further work after receiving another clear and informative quote.

George, Dave and Tyler were involved in the process from the beginning and explained what was needed and the costs. The first day was for electrical testing and fitting a new timer and thermostat. The second and third days were remedial work to obtain an electrical installation certificate. There was a problem with the timer due to the old gravity fed heating system that I have but the problem was explained and a solution found for the problem.
